Power Flow

Power flow is a vinyasa practice which starts low to the ground and builds up to a standing balance and flow series. It lifts you up and strengthens movement. Teacher encourages participants to go at the pace that suits their body.

I have a 1 year old berne-doodle who loves to join class too (we’ll, lazily watching from the couch or curled up next to my mat).
