We are a passionate team of certified BIPOC yoga, health and wellness teachers, DEI consultants and facilitators in the Boston area who are deeply committed to the 4 Corners Yoga Wellness brand and mission. We hold a safe, diverse, affordable, accessible, culturally affirming virtual and in-person healing space, where everyBODY is welcome.

The moment we choose to love we begin to move against domination, against oppression. The moment we choose love we begin to move towards freedom, to act in ways that liberate ourselves and others.

I began (and stuck to) my weight loss journey during COVID and I realized yoga was one of my happiest places. As a mompreneur, I make my self care priority #1. I am a firm believer of not being able to pour from an empty cup and being on my mat absolutely refills mine. Now #letsstretch

Sound Bath
meditation is designed to activate a deep state of relaxation and calmness in deeper layers of the body. The collaboration of the sound waves is not just designed to be heard but to be felt physically, inviting the nervous system to settle, rest and digest.

The sounds, vibrations and frequency of the different musical instruments may potentially break up blocked and stuck energy, slow down the heart rate, lower stress and anxiety levels, improve mood, and heal the body on a cellular level. The goal of a sound bath session is to let go, rest and be present to what arises for you.

Rosie spreads healing everywhere she goes.
