In our corner of  January (2023!)

Hello everyone, 
 

Here we are, in a new beginning.
 

We've been reflecting on our goals here in the studio. I know you have, too. Potential and possibility sprout like seeds as the calendar resets and we prepare to take advantage of it. (And, you know, at times feel guilty about it.)

I've spoken with several folks about their goals for the new year and interestingly enough, the majority of individual goals include others. 

Would you believe that? It seems to be that starting off the new year right is almost as important as starting off the new year together.

We simply do better when we're together.

We're hardwired for community, we crave it, we are encouraged by it, and we're better for it.

Goals achieved, goals attempted, or no goals at all, I wish one thing for you and that is community.

Hold your people close.

Tiffany Hogan (instructor, 4CYW) teaches you and your partner how to breathe together and flow on the mat. Couples yoga, or partner yoga, is a practice in which two people support each other through gentle poses in a way that enhances posture, builds trust and strengthens communication.

A partner often provides balance in a pose while establishing and maintaining proper body alignment themselves. Find your breath together on the mat, watch ease and balance bloom in your relationship off the mat.
