4 Corners Yoga Wellness is available to host, Rest Is Resistance, a wellness workshop based on the book, Rest Is Resistance: A Manifesto, by Trisha Hersey.

We want to thank our teacher Ayla Gavins for submitting a grant and to Grove Hall Trust for accepting to sponsor the event at the Franklin Park Golf Clubhouse. We create safe spaces where everyBODY is welcome to rest, stretch, restore, grow and heal.

The three-hour in-person workshop is supported by a Grove Hall Trust. 4 Corners Yoga is a recipent of a community grant which supports GHT mission to enhance the quality of life in the Grove Hall neighborhood of Boston.

The Rest Is Resistance Workshop is facilitated is Lisa Leung-Tat, 500RYT. A three-hour workshop meant to bring us together in community using Tricia Hersey's book "Rest is Resistance" as a framework for understanding activism in the form of rest!

Join 4 Corners Yoga Wellness at Franklin Park Golf Course Club House for this love practice as you work towards deprogramming from a violent system and instead forge a path toward reclaiming the divinity of your humanness. 

We'll play, practice, read and rest! This is an opportunity to tap into your inner child, resist the urge to be on your phone and be fully engaged without worrying about time.
